Hello there, you Sales rockstar. So, here’s the deal.

Between Cappuccinos and Spritz we’d like you to:

  • Contact and qualify potential customers using creative strategies around seasonal moments, product offerings, and more using a variety of outreach tools
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads through follow up calls, leaving voicemails, email correspondence, social media messaging
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Persevere through outbound high-volume calling and prospecting

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for the best and brightest to join us (sometimes we look for unicorns too!). We want motivated, hard-working, proactive individuals to boot to join us ASAP.

To land this gig, you need a few things:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Endless curiosity in digital product markets  and the latest industry trends.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and discussing Digital Marketing.
  • Fluent in Italian with no cats under the table. Your colleagues speak English, the settings of the PlayStation in the gaming room will be in English...so you get the picture: damn you speak English fine!
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and presentation skills (with a commercial accent).
  • Ownership & Accountability mixed with a laser focused attention to details and skyrocketing organisational skills
  • Attitude. People personality and drive, positive and competitive approach. Have fun, all the time
  • EU Work Permit
