We are a Scientific Performance Marketing and Technology Agency. That is a long sentence to say that we love numbers and marketing.
We are based in sunny Tuscany and from there we help ambitious brands in succeeding online by using a scientific approach.
We also like cats and funny videos.
So far the Boosters’ species includes data scientists, developers, Performance Marketing experts and a few people who are pretty much impossible to categorise other than just awesome.
Our moms always told us we were special, but now it is official: in 2022 we won the PPC Agency of the Year at the Global Agency Awards!

ABOUT THE JOB
Hello there, you Digital Marketing rockstar. So, here’s the deal.
Between Cappuccinos and Spritz we’d like you to:
- Manage and nurture our portfolio of client accounts
- Implement digital campaigns across a range of platforms including (but not limited to) Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Amazon Ads, etc
- Continuously review the strategy of all clients to maintain relevancy of campaigns
- Efficiently produce clear and concise reports that clients understand and value
- Create trusted relationships with clients through transparent conversations, regular communication and incredible results
- Identify gaps in account performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Work cross-functionally with the team to deliver for our customers, and to create, review and implement digital strategies for clients
- Generate new growth ideas for better performance and impact
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team
- Help shape the growing Booster Box squad as we continue to punch above our weight across the globe

REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for the best and brightest to join us (sometimes we look for unicorns too!). We want motivated, hard-working, proactive individuals to boot to join us ASAP.
To land this gig, you need a few things:
- Numbers. Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key; you must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
- Project management skills are critical. A pro-active, charismatic, and consultative approach is essential
- Experience in managing performance campaigns through the most common platforms (i.e. Google, Meta, Amazon, etc)
- Client management with a nice commercial accent is your mother tongue (and also you’re fluent in sarcasm)
- Italian speaker with no cats under the table. Your colleagues speak English, the settings of the PlayStation in the gaming room will be in English... so you get the picture: damn you speak English fine!
- Ownership & Accountability mixed with a laser focused attention to details and skyrocketing organisational skills
- Attitude. People personality and drive, positive and competitive approach. Have fun, all the time
- EU Work Permit
- Ideally you have 3+ years of experience in account management
