ABOUT THE JOB
Hello there, you Financial Maverick Intern. So, here’s the deal.
Between Cappuccinos and Spritz we’d like you to:
- Keep the house in order
- Assist in processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Monitor and track departmental expenses, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders. Be the person in charge of everyone’s credit cards.
- Assist in maintaining and updating financial databases. Support in the preparation of financial reports and conduct analysis to provide insights into financial performance.
- Plan for the future
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, contributing to the overall financial planning process.
- Work with team members to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Aid in the preparation of documentation and information for internal and external audits.
- Architect company’s growth
- Take the lead on relationships with key vendors and consultant
- Gain hands-on experience with financial software and tools used for budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
- Support our commitment to safety by collaborating with our safety consultant, ensuring our workplace remains a beacon of security and care for all

REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for the best and brightest to join us (sometimes we look for unicorns too!). We want motivated, hard-working, proactive individuals to boot to join us ASAP.
To land this gig, you need a few things:
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
- Proficiency in other office wizardry or be a wizard to learn fast
- Italian speaker, fluent both in English and Spanish
- EU Work Permit
